How do I maximise results?

Before the session

  1. Clarify your intentions - What do you want to address? If you waved a magic wand and could change your life, what would it look like?
  2. Read "3 things that you need to know about your mind" - This is what underpins the Rapid Transformational Therapy process and will help you understand how you might be helping or sabotaging yourself

During the session

  1. Relax - there is no right or wrong; there is nothing that you have to do 
  2. Trust yourself - your mind is powerful and responds perfectly to what is asked of it

After the session

  1. Listening to the recording
  2. Relax and trust the process
  3. When you notice positive changes, acknowledge them
